Humble App

Privacy Policy.

How Humble handles your information. Effective July 14, 2026.

1. Overview

Humble is designed for private individual reflection about marriage. We treat reflection content as sensitive personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of information Humble may collect and how it may be used.

2. Information You Provide

You may provide your email address, spouse name, spouse role, important dates, spouse preferences, reminder preferences, reflection entries, selected themes, actions, prayers, and action outcomes.

If you use paid features, Humble may also receive subscription status, purchase status, or customer identifiers from the app store or payment provider.

You choose what to write. Please avoid entering information you do not want stored.

3. Authentication, Storage, and Payments

Humble uses Supabase for authentication and database storage.

Your account data and app content may be stored in Supabase systems according to Supabase security, hosting, and processing practices.

Humble may use RevenueCat or app store services to manage purchases, subscriptions, and entitlement status.

4. How Information Is Used

Humble uses your information to provide the app experience, save your reflections, display history, track action follow-through, and support reminders.

People at Humble do not read or review your private reflections as part of normal app use. Support and maintenance should rely on account metadata, usage counts, dates, and error information rather than private reflection text.

We do not sell your personal reflection content.

5. Notifications

If you enable reminders, Humble schedules local notifications on your device for reflection days and dated action items.

Notification text is intentionally private and does not include your reflection notes, prayers, or action details.

6. AI Features

AI features are optional and require Premium access or an active AI trial.

If you choose to use an AI feature, Humble may send relevant parts of your spouse profile, reflections, selected themes, actions, prayers, or follow-up notes to AI service providers so the requested feature can work.

AI features require your consent before reflection history is used. You can keep using the core app without AI.

7. Data Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, such as authentication, database hosting, email delivery, payment processing, subscription management, analytics, crash reporting, or AI processing when you choose an AI feature.

Humble does not share your private reflection text for advertising or data brokerage.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information.

No system is perfectly secure. You should use a strong password and protect access to your device and email account.

9. Data Access and Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to technical and legal limitations.

Humble may provide account deletion tools in the app or through a support request.

10. Children

Humble is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law.

If we learn that we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
