What it is

A discipleship tool for marriage.

Humble helps a person stop focusing only on themselves and begin intentionally loving, serving, and pursuing their spouse.

It is a practical Christian tool for noticing what is happening in your own heart and practicing love in your marriage.

Counseling, pastoral care, and hard conversations still matter. Humble is designed for the daily space between those moments, where small choices either build distance or rebuild love.

Why it exists

Marriages often drift before they break.

The deeper problem is not merely a lack of date nights, communication tips, or romance hacks. The deeper problem is self-focus.

We naturally center ourselves.
We notice what we are not getting.
We rehearse how we have been hurt.
We wait for the other person to change first.
We justify passivity.
We would rather be right than loving.

Humble is built around the conviction that healing often begins when one person chooses humility before God and love toward their spouse, even before everything feels fixed.

How it works

Reflect. Pray. Act. Log. Learn.

Humble works through small daily rhythms rather than overwhelming programs. The point is to move attention away from self and toward the one God gave you.

01 / Reflect

Consider your heart.

Pause long enough to consider your marriage, your spouse's needs, and the places where pride, resentment, passivity, or avoidance may be shaping your response.

02 / Pray

Bring it before God.

Pray intentionally for your spouse, your own heart, and the parts of your marriage that need grace, courage, repentance, or healing.

03 / Act

Choose visible love.

Choose or receive one small action of love, humility, repentance, service, or pursuit that can be practiced today.

04 / Log

Remember what happened.

Record what you did, what you noticed, and how you responded so your growth becomes visible over time.

05 / Learn

Build a history.

Over time, Humble can help surface patterns, struggles, actions, and growth so the next step becomes more personal.

iOS app coming August 25

Practice intentional love daily.

Humble is where knowledge becomes practical: a place to turn conviction into reflection, prayer, and the next act of love.

Humble is being prepared as an iOS practice tool for the broader Marriage Is Worth the Fight journey. A dedicated Humble website will come later; the app itself is planned for iPhone.
